In plain language: These terms cover how you may use Cricket Knowledge Hub, what your subscription includes, what we expect from users, and what we are and are not responsible for. Please read them before subscribing.
1. Acceptance of these terms
By accessing cricketknowledgehub.com or creating an account, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.
These terms form a binding agreement between you and Cricket Knowledge Hub ("we", "us", "our"). The entity operating this platform is Cricket Knowledge Hub, accessible at cricketknowledgehub.com.
By subscribing or making a payment, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to these terms and our Privacy Policy.
2. The platform
Cricket Knowledge Hub is an online learning platform that provides structured cricket lessons, technique guides and expert coaching support to subscribers. The platform covers five skill areas: Batting, Bowling, Fielding, Wicket Keeping and Captaincy.
Access to course content requires an active paid subscription. Some free content (such as blog articles) is available without a subscription.
We reserve the right to update, add or remove content from the platform at any time. We will not remove entire skill modules without reasonable notice to active subscribers.
3. Accounts
Registration
To access subscriber content, you must create an account using a valid email address and a password, or by signing in with Google. You must provide accurate and complete information when registering.
Account security
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must not share your login details with anyone else. Each subscription is for a single user only.
If you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation, notify us immediately through the Contact page. We are not liable for losses resulting from unauthorised access where you have shared your credentials or failed to secure your account.
One account per person
You may not create multiple accounts. If we identify duplicate accounts, we reserve the right to merge or close them without notice.
Age requirement
You must be at least 13 years of age to create an account. Users between 13 and 18 should have the consent of a parent or guardian before subscribing.
4. Subscriptions and payments
Available plans
Cricket Knowledge Hub offers two subscription plans:
Monthly plan — ₹99 per month, billed each month
Yearly plan — ₹999 per year, billed as a single annual payment
Both plans provide full access to all available course content. The yearly plan includes additional benefits as described on the Pricing page.
Payment
Payments are processed securely via our payment provider. Applicable GST will be charged at checkout as per Indian tax regulations. A tax invoice will be sent to your registered email after each payment.
By providing payment details and confirming a subscription, you authorise us to charge the applicable plan amount on the schedule shown at checkout.
Renewal
Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless cancelled before the renewal date. You will receive a reminder email before the renewal of an annual plan.
Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings under My Profile. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you retain access until then. We do not provide partial refunds for unused time on a monthly plan.
Price changes
We reserve the right to change our subscription prices. We will provide at least 30 days' notice to active subscribers before a price change takes effect. Your continued subscription after that date constitutes acceptance of the new price.
Failed payments
If a payment fails, we will attempt to notify you by email. Access to subscriber content may be suspended until payment is successfully completed. We are not responsible for content being inaccessible due to a payment failure on your part.
5. Acceptable use
You agree to use Cricket Knowledge Hub only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms. You must not:

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms at our discretion.
6. Platform content
Accuracy of lesson content
Lessons and guides on Cricket Knowledge Hub are written by coaches with cricket experience and reviewed before publication. However, cricket coaching involves technique, judgement and individual adaptation — what works for one player may not work for another.
All lesson content is provided for educational and informational purposes. It is not a substitute for in-person coaching, professional medical advice or sports injury guidance.
Content updates
We add new lessons and update existing content on a regular basis. Yearly subscribers receive early access to new material. We do not guarantee that any specific lesson or guide will remain available indefinitely.
User-submitted content
When you submit a doubt through the Ask Expert feature or a message through the Contact form, you grant us permission to use that content to respond to you. We will not publish or share your submitted content without your consent, except where required by law.
7. Expert support feature
The Ask Expert feature allows subscribers to submit cricket-related questions, which are reviewed and answered by our coaching staff.
Response times
We aim to respond to submitted questions but do not guarantee a specific response time. Yearly subscribers receive priority in the response queue. Response times may vary depending on the volume of questions received.
Nature of responses
Responses provided through Ask Expert are general coaching guidance based on the information you provide. They are not personalised training programmes or professional sports medical advice. We are not liable for any injury, performance outcome or other result arising from following advice given through this feature.
Appropriate use
The Ask Expert feature is for cricket-related questions only. Questions that are abusive, irrelevant or in violation of these terms will not be answered and may result in account suspension.

That the platform will be available at any particular time or location
That any errors or defects will be corrected
We will make reasonable efforts to keep the platform available and the content accurate. However, we do not guarantee any particular outcome from using the platform.
10. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Cricket Knowledge Hub shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the platform shall not exceed the total subscription fees you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud or any other liability that cannot be excluded under Indian law.
We are not responsible for any injury — including sports injury — that may result from practising techniques described in our lessons.

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. You may also request deletion of your account through the Contact page. Account deletion is permanent and cannot be reversed.

On termination of your account, your right to access subscriber content ends immediately. Your personal data will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
